Health Assessments & Goal Setting

Record current health status with a dynamic scale, functional movement and diet assessment.  From these readings we can put together goals, and create a custom fitness program for your needs. 

Customized Workouts

Based on your health assessment I create a custom personal training routine for your fitness goals.  

Yoga Private and Group Sessions

I provide private yoga sessions as well as group sessions.  I host two classes per week at my studio, but can either come to your home from group sessions, or create a new class for you and your group hosted at my studio at a time of our mutual convenience during the week (min 5 participants for group sessions).
